Pages instead of lists

I think it might make more sense to have individual pages for each edition and link to them from the Savage Worlds page rather than just do a list of editions.

Cyril → I'm not sure we have much to say for each edition. For now, I did it as a glossary and a bit of history. I don't know how to build autogenerated tables, it would be nice if we have a page per edition that we can collect "all settings for that edition" from the Settings pages.

After talk with Kristian, makes more sense to do one page per edition.
